Introduction
Welcome to Maison Medina, a luxurious boutique hotel located in the heart of Malta. By booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates. Reservations can be made through our website, email, or phone.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests will be accommodated based on availability. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
Room Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for each room type is as follows:
- La Loggia: 3 guests
- La’ Duna: 4 guests
- Melite: 3 guests
- Agathe: 2 guests
Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or booking cancellation.
Payment and Cancellation
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations made 15 days before the check-in date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests during their stay. Any damage to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
Amenities and Services
All rooms are equipped with the amenities listed on our website. Any additional requests will be accommodated based on availability. Maison Medina is not responsible for any personal items left behind by guests.
Liability
Maison Medina will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property during your stay.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Maison Medina Malta reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
